This guide walks you through everything you need to know to get your ABC integration setup and ready to use.
Master the ABC Integration in Roofr with Ease and Efficiency 🎉
What it does: Helps you set up your supplier seamlessly via an integration in Roofr.
Available for: Available for Premium and Elite users.
To integrate with ABC successfully, follow these four steps:
- Set up your supplier.
- Organize your catalog.
- Create proposals with integrated ABC pricing.
- Order materials directly through Roofr.
Let’s break it all down step by step!
Setting Up Your Supplier
This step authorizes Roofr to access your ABC account and allows you to specify which branches we’ll pull pricing from, along with key contact information for your branch.
Step 1: Enter your credentials
- Navigate to the Integrations section of your Roofr Dashboard
- Click ‘Connect’ in the ABC Supply section
- Enter your ABC Supply Username and Password
Step 2: Confirm your Branches
- Choose the branches that you would like accessible in your integrated pricing and click ‘Confirm’.
Step 3: Add Branch Contact Information
- Click ‘Add branch contact’ to your selected branches
👉 NOTE: Each branch must have a contact before you can save the supplier.
- Add branch contact name and at least one contact method (phone or email). Click ‘Save’.
- Click ‘Save’ again on the contact information screen when each branch is complete.
Setting Up Your Catalog
Now that your ABC account is connected, it’s time to link your Roofr catalog items to ABC’s material pricing.
Here’s how:
- Link each line item individually in your Roofr Catalog
- Or go the speedy route by uploading a CSV with your ABC Supply SKUs and bulk-connect your items.

Creating Proposals with ABC’s Integrated Pricing
This is where the magic happens! When creating a proposal, attach your supplier to pull supplier-specific pricing. Don’t forget to choose the branch location pricing you’d like to use.

Step 4 - Sending Material Orders to ABC
Now, you can send a material order directly to your ABC Supply branch rep.
Here's how:
- You can either go to a signed proposal and click the three dots at the end and click "Convert to material order" OR go to Material Orders and build one from scratch.
- Then, adjust the materials in the order as needed, either adding, adjusting or deleting any items.
- Fill in the delivery details and then click Finalize Order to send off your material order!
