Learn how to set up and use Zapier to integrate Roofr data with other platforms.
Zapier integrates with; Job Nimbus, JobProgress, Zoho, HubSpot, MailChimp, Salesforce, and other platforms to automatically share information from your Roofr account.
Zapier integration cannot: Share information from another platform to Roofr (one-way data only, from Roofr to another platform)

BEFORE YOU BEGIN:
Create a Zapier account
- Go to zapier.com/sign-up/ to create an account
Connect your Roofr Account with Zapier
- In the Integrations section;
- Click Connect on Zapier
- Enter a name for the token (ie: Zapier)
- Click Create
- Copy the token by clicking the icon
Connect any other required software with Zapier
- To Enable the JobNimbus integration with Zapier, follow the steps HERE
💡 You can only create a Zap between software that you have connected to your Zapier account
How to Create a Zap
👉 In the following example we will demo how to create a Zap between Roofr and JobNimbus
- In your Zapier account navigate to the top left and click +Create

Then click Zaps
- Describe / Name your workflow

Create your trigger
- Select the event that starts your Zap
- Select Roofr as the app source
- Select the trigger event (in this example we’ve used ‘Proposal Sent’)
- Test the trigger

Create your action
- Select the event for your zap to run
- Select your app source (in this example we’ve used Job Nimbus)
- Select the action (in this example we’ve used ‘Create Contact’)
- Configure any Zap details
- Test the step
- Name the Zap
- Publish Zap
