Learn how to use templates to quickly create a material order, without needing a proposal as the starting point. Save time, reduce manual entry, and increase flexibility in your workflows.

🛑 BEFORE YOU BEGIN:
Create a a template from the Proposals section of your Roofr Dashboard
- Click the Templates tab, then +Template
💡 A material order can be created with a template from;
- the Templates tab in the proposals section
- the Material orders section
- a Job card
How to create a Material Order from a Template
- From a job card, click + Material Order
- Select Create without proposal

Choose an existing template and click Use this template
- Everything marked as Material in the template will be added to the order ****

Select a measurement report (if available) to include the quantities from that measurement in the Material Order
- Choosing to Continue without measurement will leave the quantities for the material at zero
- Review items and click Continue
- Edit your Material Order as needed and send
