Learn how to set up and use your Roofr File Manager, your team’s central hub for storing and accessing important documents.
File Manager makes accessing company documentation a whole lot easier. Whether you need to attach documents to proposals, send files to customers, or reference important job-related information, File Manager keeps everything in one easy-to-access place.
How to upload files
- Access File Manager from the left hand navigation in your Roofr Dashboard
- Click Create a folder to organize your documents into categories
For example:
- Product Brochures
- Customer Contracts
- Marketing Assets

Click Upload files to add images or PDF's to the File Manager
- Once Uploaded, files are visible to the entire team
- Only managers or owners can add or delete files to the File Manager
How to use uploaded files in Roofr proposals
- From a proposal, click the blue + button on the left menu
- Select Add PDF
- Click the File Manager tab

- From an email, click the Attachments button
- Select File Manager
