Learn how to set up and use sequential job ID’s to better track your Roofr Jobs.
Setting Up Job Numbers
- In your Roofr Dashboard, go to the Jobs section and click the Settings tab

If this is your first time using Job Numbers, click Set Up
- Otherwise, click Customize.

Configure your preferences:
- Optional text – a custom prefix or label
- Date format – how the date appears in your job ID
- Starting number – the first number in your sequence
- Separator – the character between each part of the ID
- Drag the headings into the order you want them to appear in your job ID
- Your job ID will appear on the Job Card and the URL of your Job
💡 Roofr automatically suggests the next number in your sequence (if you've already created 24 jobs, it'll suggest starting at 25)
