How to manage internal notes
Creating Notes
- Click Internal note to add a new note
- Links can be added and text formatted
- Use the dropdown or @ to tag team members
Notes Permissions

Account Managers/Owners can:
- Reply / Edit / Delete all notes

Account Members can:
- Reply to all notes
- Edit their own notes
💡 The activity log in the Job Card will list when notes have been edited or deleted
